This program is intended for serious Practice owners (and their staff) motivated to grow their practice financially. This is not an entry-level program but rather a comprehensive workshop instructed by top medical professionals with years of success in practice.

A motivated, well trained front office staff, knowledgeable in patient-procedure sales and client relations can be your most effective strategy to generating new revenue for your office.

Our comprehensive training programs are intended to help you transform you motivated staff into a highly effective front office team happy and productive.

Our small group training programs are held at our corporate training facility and medical center in Fort Lauderdale each month.

Our instructors are successful practice owners (physicians), office managers, and credentialed business and marketing personnel. Our programs have been cultivated over many years utilizing a combination of knowledge acquired while developing hundreds of physician practices as well as input from our certified marketing and sales team. All our instructors have formal degrees in Medicine, Business and Marketing.

Front office Fundamentals, Consent Forms, Patient evaluation and intake
10:00am – 11:00am
Upgrading clients, cross selling, providing client info, pricing, packaging, payment, financing options.
11:00am – 12:00pm
Comprehensive Phone Sales Techniques, Do’s and Don’ts , closes and follow up protocols
12:00pm – 01:00pm
Lunch (catered lunch provided)
01:00pm – 01:30pm
Customer service, handling objections, converting Irate- Happy clients.
01:30pm – 02:00pm
Internet Marketing strategies for the office staff, newest technologies, Google, Facebook, Twitter.
02:00pm – 03:00pm
In office advertising strategies, Office set up and design, TV loops, display information.
03:00pm – 04:00pm
Hands on Workshop:
    • Mock Phone Sales, Patient evaluation/upgrades.
    • Mystery shopper intake and evaluation.
    • Competency Examination, written and oral, course completion certification.
