During the lease term, client is entitled to use the website as appropriate for marketing purposes and to provide patient information. Client may add, modify or delete text at their discretion. Client may only contract with Rx Medical Web to perform requested changes on website during the lease term. All images, information, features, plug-ins and tools provided by Rx Medical Web and contained within the website remain the property of Rx Medical Web. Client may not copy the website, its code, images or anything contained on this website. Client may not allow 3rd party website vendor to perform tasks on the website.

Rx Medical Web agrees to provide prewritten content for customer at a rate of $35 per page (Electronic or Hard copy, approx 400-500 words) which will be paid in advance of delivery of the content. The content will be auto- matically integrated into customer’s website upon completion and Final approval of customer.The content writers staffed by Rx Medical Web are a combination of Physicians and Professional writers. This content will be written to the best of our ability and checked over by a senior staff member as well. As content is often judged based on individual preferences, we do not guarantee this service. The content will be delivered “as is” and may need further modifications or editing to be performed by customer. There are absolutely no refunds. Below are a list of topics that customer has requested content. 1 Page will be written for each topic unless designated other- wise on this document.
